We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return  
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

Return Address  
Returns will be sent to our warehouse address (will be shared after approval).

Damaged or Wrong Products  
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photo/video proof.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery Orders  
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Customers need to provide bank details.

Return Shipping  
Return shipping charges may apply unless the product is defective or incorrect.
